- Improve our algorithms (only with consent).
- Comply with legal and contractual obligations.

3. Data Retention

We retain personal and system data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide services, ensure operational security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed with the client, the standard retention periods are:
- Video and image data: retained for up to 90 days.
- Sensor and metadata logs: retained for up to 12 months.
- Access logs and system usage data: retained for up to 12 months.
- Contractual and invoicing data: retained for 7 years (for tax and legal compliance).
- Anonymized training datasets: retained indefinitely, unless otherwise requested.

4. Use of Data for AI Model Training

We do not use customer data for training or improving our artificial intelligence models without explicit consent.

If permitted under a separate agreement or contract, anonymized and aggregated data may be used for the improvement of our algorithms, models, and service performance. In such cases, all personally identifiable information (PII) is removed or masked before any training procedures occur.

Clients retain full ownership of their data unless otherwise specified by contract. You may opt out of participation in AI training by contacting us directly at support@neiroview.com.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. You may also object to our use of your data or withdraw consent at any time.
