These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NeiroView Analytics Platform and related services provided by NEIROVIEW, INC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Ownership and Rights

All intellectual property rights in the platform and related materials remain with NEIROVIEW, INC. Clients retain ownership of their input data unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

3. AI Model Training and Data Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all data processed through the NeiroView platform remains the property of the client.

By default, NEIROVIEW, INC. does not use customer data for machine learning model training, benchmarking, or algorithm improvement.

However, clients may grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to NEIROVIEW, INC. to use anonymized, non-personally identifiable data strictly for the purpose of improving the performance of our platform and training proprietary AI models. This license is optional and subject to opt-in mechanisms or contractual agreement.

NEIROVIEW, INC. will ensure such data is fully anonymized and cannot be reverse-engineered to identify individuals, companies, or sensitive assets.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEIROVIEW, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenues.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
